About Moving Average with Alert
The Moving Average with Alert indicator, developed and open-sourced by EarnForex (available on GitHub), is a MetaTrader 4/5 tool that detects the moment price (close) crosses the Moving Average line and issues a signal — displaying the MA line and drawing arrows in the main chart window.
It supports the full range of alert types: native on-screen pop-up alerts, push notifications to a trader's mobile device, and email notifications, whenever a crossover is detected. Beyond the standard MA calculation, it also supports the Hull Moving Average calculation mode for traders who prefer that smoother variant.
