The Holy Grail Indicator for MetaTrader 4 combines the precision of the ADX (Average Directional Movement Index) with the flexibility of an Exponential Moving Average (EMA) to spot emerging trends, time entries and exits, and assess overall trend intensity. It uses these two complementary tools together to determine trend strength and identify optimal, high-probability trading zones.

The indicator produces colour-coded arrows that indicate both entries and exits, with the most recent signal always clearly displayed at the right-hand edge of the chart. For a trade signal to be considered valid, the ADX must read above 30 (confirming a genuinely strong trend), and price must touch and reject at the EMA — which functions as a dynamic, moving support/resistance zone rather than a static level.
